I am forever grateful to this amazing family and God for all the stars aligning and providing this incredible setting for this session. I excited when this Mama reached out as I just adore following her family and how it's grown since our college days. I love her style and faith that she stands for. She is a true light to those around her and when I pulled up and met her Mom and Dad, I ultimately understood why she is who she is. It's funny how small the world is because she happened to go to high school in the very small town that my in-laws live in now. When I say small- there is one main light. So when she reached out and asked if I was really going to be in this small town the week of Thanksgiving.... we couldn't believe it! We planned for Thanksgiving Eve but then every forecast said rain and not just rain but thunderstorms. We kept an eye on the radar and decided to go for it. I was able to scout out the perfect open spot that would be great for overcast but still give us room to play. Well, God had other plans and not only was there NO rain but he gave to us the most amazing deep clouds and then opened up the sky for one of the most beautiful sunsets to shine on this family.
